1.新鲜的赤贝肉

2.先把裙边和肉分开,去掉裙边的腮和黑膜

3.用小刀把肉从中间分开,去掉内脏和血丝清理干净

4.清理好的肉和裙边用清水反复冲洗干净

5.摆盘开吃咯,现在东北不算热了,要是夏天可以在下面放一层冰块。辣根是用酱油和陈醋调的。家里来客人的上一盘是不是很有档次呵呵
